We are currently seeking a Legal / Lead Operations Analyst to support legal operations for a prominent global fintech company. The role is based in Hyderabad, with additional positions in Chennai and Bangalore, working flexible US shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and handle legal notices such as garnishments, levies, liens, and subpoenas effectively.
• Manage account holds and controls on funds by placing or releasing restraints as required.
• Draft legal responses and ensure all case documentation is meticulously maintained.
• Engage in clear communication with customers, lawyers, creditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain adherence to legal compliance, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2-year LLB degree or equivalent in any specialization.
• Professional experience handling legal notices within banking or financial services operations.
• Strong understanding of relevant legal and regulatory procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience in BPO or Shared Services environments is advantageous.
• Immediate availability or notice period up to 30 days.

Additional Information

The ideal candidate will have approximately 2-5 years of experience or more in the banking legal operations domain. The position offers an annual salary range between 300,000 and 800,000 INR.
