Key Responsibilities

• Exhibit enthusiasm and in-depth product expertise while engaging customers
• Create an enjoyable and interactive shopping environment including storefront demonstrations
• Influence sales by engaging customers, offering suggestive selling, and sharing product insights
• Meet and exceed sales targets and important performance metrics
• Support daily store operations such as merchandising, price adjustments, and inventory management

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong customer focus with clear, engaging communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
• Capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• Availability for flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
