Role Summary

The Keeper position is a full-time, on-location role based in New Delhi. It involves managing and organizing resources, records, and materials for National Service Scheme (NSS) campaigns, drives, and projects. Responsibilities center on maintaining storage areas, monitoring inventory of supplies and informational items, and ensuring availability and proper distribution of materials for events and field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update logs of NSS resources consistently.
• Prepare and arrange materials ahead of scheduled events and campaigns.
• Coordinate the distribution and collection of equipment with volunteers and coordinators.
• Keep the NSS spaces organized, clean, and orderly.
• Provide basic administrative support including documentation and communication regarding resource needs.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities including inventory management and systematic filing.
• Time management and planning skills to handle multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Effective communication and teamwork to collaborate with students, coordinators, and college staff.
• Basic administrative skills and computer proficiency, such as maintaining spreadsheets, simple databases, and digital record keeping.
• Reliability, a keen eye for detail, and dedication to social service and community welfare.
• Prior experience with community work, campus organizations, or logistics coordination is advantageous.
• Minimum educational requirement is completion of higher secondary education or its equivalent; prior familiarity with Daulat Ram College or NSS activities is a plus.
