Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager position for an e-commerce business, centered on the Etsy and eBay marketplaces and based in the Surat area. The role is responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day presence on these platforms, with a strong focus on growth, listing quality, and customer experience.
What the role involves
You will take care of store operations across Etsy and eBay, including building and refining product listings, organizing products correctly, maintaining clean and accurate catalogs, and improving content so that products perform better in search and convert more effectively. You will also support marketplace relationships, help run promotions and campaigns, review performance data, and turn business plans into actions that strengthen sales and brand consistency.
Customer and operations support
The position also includes handling customer service escalations, responding to buyer queries in a timely manner, and coordinating with operations and logistics teams to close order-related issues efficiently.
Location and work mode
This is a work-from-office role in Surat.
Additional requirement

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month.
