Role Overview

As a Junior Photographer at Celsius, you will be an integral part of the creative team, contributing a versatile skill set and a compelling portfolio filled with high-quality photography. Your role involves both indoor studio and outdoor shoots, with a focus on product and event photography. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and varied photography techniques like compositing and stop motion is essential. Familiarity with Sony camera equipment is a significant advantage. You will deliver captivating, polished visuals that not only meet project objectives but also resonate deeply with the brand identity and engage consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the creative team to grasp project goals and needs.
• Design concepts, stage setups, and execute photography shoots that consistently produce exceptional images.
• Apply diverse photography and editing skills including compositing to elevate image quality.
• Develop ideas for video content incorporating special effects and graphic elements.
• Create motion graphics incorporated into video projects as necessary.
• Monitor industry trends and integrate cutting-edge practices in photography and editing.
• Organize and maintain the photography content library effectively.
• Experiment continuously to enhance video production quality.
• Manage and care for all photography equipment including cameras, lenses, and lighting tools.

Required Qualifications

• A robust portfolio showcasing excellent photography work.
• Experience primarily in product-focused and studio photography environments.
• Proficient use of Sony camera systems.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop for photo editing and compositing.
• Good understanding of lighting and scene composition techniques.
• Ability to create motion photography formats such as stop motion or animated gifs.
• Capacity to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication capabilities and teamwork orientation.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with superior organizational skills.

The salary range established for this position reflects candidates located within the specified state and is influenced by multiple factors, including relevant experience and qualifications. Additional compensation options may include bonuses and Restricted Stock Units depending on company plans.
