Primary Duties
- Deliver exceptional service at AIDA onboard bars, expertly preparing cocktails and beverages according to company standards.
- Advise guests on drink selections, ensuring a friendly and engaging sales approach.
- Manage daily setup and cleanup tasks related to the bar's mise en place.
- Adhere strictly to safety, environmental, and hygiene policies throughout all processes.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience working behind a cocktail bar, preferably supported by formal training in hotel or gastronomy sectors.
- Good command of English alongside a strong orientation toward customer service and sales.
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a neat, professional appearance.
