Role Overview
We are inviting applications for a technically proficient Digital Analyst role dedicated to enhancing automation, data visualization, and analytics frameworks within automotive marketing campaigns. The role requires developing scalable reporting infrastructures, creating Python-based automation workflows, and constructing Power BI dashboards that convert data into actionable marketing intelligence. Familiarity with digital media and industry benchmarks is greatly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and uphold automated data pipelines via Python to streamline reporting tasks.
- Develop dynamic Power BI dashboards that break down complex datasets into comprehensible insights.
- Extract, verify, and analyze data from varied internal and external systems using Python and SQL.
- Identify and apply AI-based solutions to optimize processes.
- Implement automated reporting mechanisms that minimize manual labor and enhance data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with internal units to gather analytic needs and engineer suitable technical responses.
- Improve existing procedures and workflows through scripting and automation techniques.
- Effectively communicate analytics findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analyze digital media data to generate insights at both market and tactic levels.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a similar technical discipline preferred.
- Between 1 and 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics automation.
- Highly skilled in Python programming with focuses on data manipulation libraries such as pandas and numpy.
- Experienced in developing Power BI dashboards with competence in DAX, M, data modeling, and visualization techniques.
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and database management.
- Knowledgeable in data automation, ETL workflows, or scripting for process efficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capability to independently solve technical challenges.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with artificial intelligence or machine learning tools and integration such as scikit-learn or APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and team-based development workflows.
- Experience working with SharePoint, cloud platforms, or data connectivity solutions.
- Understanding of best practices in data visualization and dashboard design.
- Background knowledge or experience in marketing analytics, automotive, retail, or advertising sectors.
- Skill in VBA or related automation scripting languages.

Compensation
The anticipated pay for this position ranges from USD 40,280 to 48,355 annually, determined by skills, qualifications, and role requirements. The pay scale may be revised with time. Temporary employees may access health plans and 401(k) options upon meeting eligibility.
