Role Overview
This entry-level position involves hands-on participation in daily IT operations within the organization. The role is suited for graduates with up to two years of experience. As a Jr Team Member, you will work under close supervision, supporting core IT infrastructure tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency of the IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution and implementation of IT installations when required.
- Maintain operational routines and regularly scheduled activities for IT infrastructure.
- Monitor service performance to ensure SLAs are consistently met, taking proactive steps as needed.
- Assist end users with day-to-day IT functionality challenges, ensuring efficiency in their tasks.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in IT operations or a related field.
