About the Role
Jio is seeking a dedicated Jio Point Lead to manage and expand our retail presence in Chirala, Andhra Pradesh. This role involves overseeing the performance and operations of Jio Points, driving channel expansion, and ensuring exceptional customer experience within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand channel presence by developing retail touchpoints within the designated catchment area.
- Regularly monitor retail outlet performance to achieve set business targets.
- Drive acquisition efforts and revenue generation through inbound and outbound initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day functioning of all Jio Points located in Jio Centres.
- Take ownership of the performance at preferred retail outlets in the territory.
- Maintain high standards of customer service to deliver world-class experiences at Jio Points.
- Ensure hygiene and governance protocols are strictly followed at all retail locations.
- Oversee and enhance team productivity through consistent monitoring and feedback.
- Assess, train, and develop the skills of both team members and channel partners.

Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess a graduation degree, with preference given to candidates holding an MBA. A proven track record with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience is expected.
