Key Responsibilities

• Receive, assess, and resolve IT-related inquiries and incidents through phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Independently analyze, replicate issues, and provide effective solutions
• Maintain and update technical documentation
• Interact with partners and end customers professionally
• Configure and service endpoint devices such as telephones and headsets
• Support management of our proprietary cloud solution

Candidate Profile

• A genuine passion for technology and eagerness to learn new things
• Strong communication skills
• Dedication to excellent customer service
• Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or an equivalent qualification; motivated career changers or beginners with relevant experience or a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken
• Systematic and analytical approach to work
• Knowledge in cloud technologies and/or VoIP environments is an advantage
