IT Administrator

About the Role

Join Eliyan Corporation, a front-runner in chiplet technology innovation, as an IT Administrator. This position is based onsite in Frankfurt an der Oder, Brandenburg, Germany, or nearby offices in the Netherlands or Berlin. You will be integral in managing a dynamic IT environment comprising Linux, Windows, and Mac systems in a fast-growing early-stage startup. This hands-on role offers significant ownership and the ability to influence the establishment and growth of the IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main IT contact for your local office, offering support to staff using macOS, Windows, and Linux platforms.
• Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and shared office technology.
• Manage identity, access controls, and endpoint management through Microsoft 365 and related SaaS solutions.
• Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) and configuration management tools with a focus on automation to reduce manual tasks.
• Oversee on-premise server, networking, storage, and backup systems.
• Handle complete onboarding and offboarding processes, including account management and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with the security team on patching, system hardening, vulnerability fixes, and audit documentation.
• Support IT operations running workloads in AWS and Microsoft Azure environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation, operational runbooks, and a comprehensive inventory of IT assets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with compliance standards such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 audits.
• Expertise in managing MDM platforms.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools.
• Previous work in a startup environment, particularly during early growth stages.
