Interior Site Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at Aalajee Constructions and Infra Projects in Mumbai. This role involves executing interior projects primarily within the commercial and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate must have foundational knowledge of various materials, be proficient in interpreting design drawings, and efficiently coordinate with engineers, architects, and project management consultants (PMC) to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the interior site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.
• Interpret and understand architectural and engineering drawings to guide site work.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and PMC for coordinated project delivery.
• Ensure proper handling and use of materials on site and resolve any operational issues promptly.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic understanding of various construction and interior materials.
• Ability to read and comprehend project drawings and specifications.
• Strong coordination skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders including engineers, architects, and PMCs.
• Experience in managing site operations effectively with attention to detail.

Remuneration

The salary offered ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹23,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
