Inside Sales Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and eager Inside Sales Specialist to become part of our expanding team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position suits recent graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience who are passionate about sales, customer relations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Development team by qualifying sales prospects and preparing proposals.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Follow up on incoming leads and create new sales opportunities through outbound communications including calls and emails.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction is met.
• Keep the sales pipeline and customer database current and accurate.
• Conduct research on potential clients to identify additional business opportunities.
• Forward qualified opportunities to the sales team for advancement.
• Take part in client meetings, product demonstrations, and company events as needed.

Requirements

• Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with zero to two years of experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• A strong desire to learn and develop a career in sales.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of IT products, cloud services, or technology sales.
• Possession of relevant sales or cloud certifications is advantageous.
