Job Overview

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join an auto components firm based in Ahmednagar. The role involves conducting analyses and making design improvements to optimize manufacturing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform time studies, motion studies, and process studies to assess and enhance manufacturing operations.
• Design and implement improvements to factory layouts and processes for more efficient production flow.
• Use AutoCAD for preparing detailed engineering drawings related to manufacturing setups.
• Conduct line balancing activities and establish standard cycle times to streamline production.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or Bachelor’s degree in Production, Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with time and motion studies and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret and produce technical drawings.
