Role Summary
The Implementation Specialist will work remotely from California, supporting StudySync, a digital curriculum provider for grades 6-12. This full-time role involves account management, training, and collaborative sales support within a regional scope and nationwide as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage implementation and fulfill account needs throughout the assigned region.
- Support additional accounts across the nation when required.
- Use Salesforce to document sales opportunities, contacts, communications, and training activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product training, and professional development both in-person and via webinars.
- Liaise effectively with district officials, school administrators, and teachers to ensure successful program deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales partners to meet sales and training objectives.
- Provide technical support and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Lead interactive live-chat and webinar sessions for customers and potential clients nationwide.
- Maintain flexibility to accommodate varying schedules for training and travel obligations.
- Proactively manage customer accounts from initial interest through onboarding and renewal stages.
- Participate in or lead team projects including webinar creation, training initiatives, and collateral materials development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution paired with at least five years of experience in K-12 education, including classroom or administrative roles; equivalent combinations of education and experience are considered.
- Preferred expertise in grades 6-12 and English Language Arts (ELA).
- Strong knowledge of current educational standards and effective instructional methods.
- Familiarity with English Language Development (ELD) standards, instructional models, and best practices, especially in California educational settings.
- Experience delivering professional development and product training sessions.
- Proficiency with web-based tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organizational, public speaking, and problem-solving skills; demonstrates teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently and work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40% of the time, increasing up to 75% during peak seasons, primarily within California; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record required.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary is anticipated between $65,972 and $72,000 annually, with eligibility for additional incentives, commission, or bonuses reflecting individual or company performance.
