Role Overview

This full-time HVAC & Insulation Supervisor position is based on-site in Doha. The role entails supervising daily HVAC and insulation tasks, including system installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repairs to guarantee peak operation and energy efficiency. Responsibilities involve planning and delegating tasks, guiding technicians, tracking productivity and safety compliance, and ensuring projects conform to specifications and industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee HVAC and insulation installations, repairs, and inspections.
• Plan and assign tasks to team members, monitoring their performance and safety adherence.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and manage materials and equipment availability.
• Maintain detailed records of activities and report progress to management.
• Engage directly with customers and contractors, addressing service inquiries and resolving on-site issues professionally.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated supervisory capabilities including leadership, task management, and performance oversight.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems installation, operation, and compliance with technical standards.
• Proficient in troubleshooting faults and executing preventive maintenance protocols.
• Strong customer service aptitude to communicate effectively and sustain professional relationships.
• Relevant technical qualification or certification in HVAC or mechanical engineering is desirable.
• Experience with insulation processes, safety standards, and construction or facility management environments is advantageous.
• Competency in interpreting technical drawings, utilizing diagnostic equipment, and maintaining precise work records.
• Excellent organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capability to thrive in a fast-moving on-site workplace in Doha.
