Human Resources Shared Services Specialist

About the Role

This position is with a global leader in innovative AI-enhanced technology platforms serving more than 8,100 customers worldwide, including a significant portion of the Fortune 500®. Based in West Palm Beach, FL, the role focuses on delivering outstanding HR service support within a contract, onsite work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to HR inquiries from employees and managers through the employee portal.
• Offer support throughout all employee lifecycle stages to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
• Create, update, and improve the internal knowledge base to empower employee self-service regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Detect and address inconsistencies or inefficiencies in HR processes, policies, and practices, escalating matters to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence such as Total Rewards, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.
• Proactively identify emerging service issues and needs to enhance HR support.
• Contribute insights and suggestions for improvements in HR tools, processes, and policies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with clear articulation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing information.
• Ability to learn quickly and make connections between related concepts or data.
• Critical thinking aptitude to analyze issues and develop solutions.
• Experience managing HR tickets or case management systems.
