About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the HR functions, promote employee growth, and foster a positive, high-performing remote work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily HR operations and oversee employee lifecycle activities.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience in human resources or related domains including people operations and talent management.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, employee lifecycle, and compliant HR practices.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of German employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Organizational and decision-making capabilities paired with problem-solving aptitude.
- Trustworthy in managing confidential employee information.
- Experienced with HR information systems, applicant tracking systems, or other HR software.
- Competent in analyzing HR data to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously with remote and distributed teams.
- Fluency in English language required.
- Authorized to work full-time in Germany.
- Capable of thriving in a completely remote role.
