About the role

Enstar Group is hiring an HR Services Coordinator to join its HR Shared Services team. In this position, you will provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the HR function, support employees with queries, and handle requests from leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative support for the US HR team.
  • Keep electronic employee records complete, accurate, and compliant with company policy, legal standards, and relevant local legislation.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and HR Centres of Expertise to support the HR Target Operating Model.
  • Support onboarding by preparing offer letters and contracts, collecting new-hire paperwork, arranging background checks, and managing country-specific joining steps.
  • Organize and run new-joiner orientation and onboarding sessions.
  • Help manage mandatory training assignments and follow-ups through the learning management system.
  • Provide initial support for HR systems and route escalations when needed.
  • Update employee records in the HRIS for new hires, role changes, and employee exits.
  • Prepare documentation for employee changes, terminations, notices, and related forms.
  • Respond to common employee questions about HR procedures.
  • Handle HR-related enquiries and service requests.
  • Stay informed about global HR practices and developments.
  • Support HR projects such as data reviews, policy updates, and new programme creation.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.
