HR Recruiter

Overview

Fly2Infinity Consultancy is looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join their team in Siliguri, West Bengal. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably within recruitment consultancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for client requirements, from sourcing candidates to final closure.
• Source and evaluate candidates using various job portals, databases, and other sourcing methods.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients efficiently.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with both candidates and clients to facilitate timely recruitment closures.
• Handle multiple vacancy requirements concurrently and consistently meet monthly hiring targets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients to maintain high recruitment standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior recruitment experience of 1 to 3 years, ideally in a consultancy environment.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with proactive follow-up abilities.
• Result-driven mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets promptly.
• Fresh graduates or candidates without relevant experience are generally not considered.
