About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and meticulous HR Executive to oversee recruitment activities, support employee relations, manage payroll processes, and handle all HR-related documentation. The position requires excellent communication abilities and familiarity with HR practices and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertise job vacancies on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Review and shortlist applicants' resumes for suitability.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate comprehensive interviews with management.
- Prepare and issue offers and appointment letters.
- Manage the onboarding procedures including joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
- Create and manage employment contracts.
