Position Overview
We seek an energetic and strategic HR Business Partner to translate strategy into impactful action by advising leaders and collaborating closely with the business. This role emphasizes fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture while supporting organizational growth. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the HR Business Partner will significantly contribute to driving people strategies aligned with business ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure people strategies are aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide coaching on leadership dynamics, team effectiveness, and organizational design.
- Serve as a trusted resource for complex people-related decisions.
- Assist with workforce planning, talent mapping, and succession planning initiatives.
- Lead organizational design and change projects that enhance agility and performance.
- Identify challenges within teams or the organization and propose practical solutions.
- Manage or support performance management processes ensuring quality and fairness.
- Contribute to talent development and retention strategies.
- Support capability-building programs tailored to business demands.
- Offer expert advice on employee relations, advocating consistent and fair outcomes.
- Foster an inclusive, positive work environment and culture.
- Analyse engagement metrics and implement targeted improvement actions.
- Facilitate business transformation and change management efforts, aiding teams in managing transitions and uncertainties.
- Ensure clear communication and stakeholder alignment during change activities.
- Maintain HR policy adherence and uphold data accuracy to inform decisions and measure success.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least five years in a strategic HR role demonstrating business partnership experience.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to design people solutions that meet commercial needs.
- Proven skills in coaching cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of employee relations, employment legislation, and HR best practices.
- Experience leading or being part of organizational change and transformation programs.
- Analytical mindset with capability to leverage data for decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resilience, adaptability, and strong personal credibility.
Education and Professional Credentials
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related discipline.
- CIPD qualification is considered beneficial.
