About the Role

Luma, a premium 7-room boutique resort situated in Mandwa, Alibaug, is recruiting experienced housekeeping professionals to join their team. This full-time position requires relocation to Mandwa and offers a supportive environment where employees receive onsite accommodation and daily meals, enabling them to save their entire salary each month.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and detailed upkeep of five luxury pod rooms daily.
• Ensure and maintain exceptional sanitation and hygiene standards across guest areas, restrooms, and the restaurant.
• Monitor and manage essential room supplies such as towels, linens, and toiletries.
• Welcome guests courteously and provide assistance to other resort departments as needed.

Requirements

• At least one year of previous experience in a hotel, resort, or high-end hospitality establishment.
• Immediate availability and willingness to relocate to Mandwa, Alibaug.
• Strong work ethic, tidy personal grooming, and a respectful, polite demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹13,000 to ₹16,000, dependent on experience.
• Complimentary on-site accommodation provided.
• Three free meals served daily during working days.
