Household Data Specialist

Role Overview

This remote contract position offers $30 per hour with a required commitment of 10 to 40 hours weekly. The primary responsibility involves capturing high-quality video recordings of common household tasks using a specialized wearable device called the UMI gripper.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and submit videos consistent with detailed specifications demonstrating hand movements in performing various household chores using the UMI gripper.
• Closely follow task-specific instructions to ensure videos meet strict project quality standards.
• Incorporate reviewer feedback to iteratively enhance the quality of submissions.
• Set up and operate both recording equipment and wearable devices precisely to simulate realistic hand motions.
• Maintain ongoing clear communication with the project team both verbally and in writing.
• Regularly produce a steady volume of approved data each week fulfilling minimum project requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with proven aptitude for adhering closely to complex instructions and specifications.
• Manual dexterity and experience performing exact physical tasks within typical household settings.
• Comfortable handling and setting up specialized devices and video recording tools.
