Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited is seeking a Hospital Coordinator to join the Operations department at their Head Office in Zirakpur. This full-time position focuses on managing and analyzing operational data from branches to ensure smooth functioning and support decision-making.

Key Duties

Gather, compile, and validate data received from various branch locations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Analyze data to detect discrepancies and produce analytical insights for management.
Track operational performance metrics and key indicators systematically.
Establish effective communication and coordination with branch teams for timely data submission.
Ensure thorough documentation and confidentiality of reports and records.
Assist with audit and compliance reporting requirements as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Graduate degree in any field.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in MIS, data analysis, reporting, or operational coordination.
Strong command of Management Information Systems and MS Excel.
Keen attention to detail with excellent analytical and verification abilities.
Effective communication skills and ability to follow up to ensure timely data provision.
Organizational skills to manage documentation and data confidentiality.
