Position Overview
The Home Loan Executive will play a crucial role in assisting customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable loan products that align with their goals. This position functions within the lending department and reports directly to the respective manager overseeing loan operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to assess their requirements and provide appropriate loan recommendations.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all loan products offered by the company, along with eligibility criteria for each.
- Identify opportunities that fit the customer's needs to recommend proper loan solutions.
- Daily review of active loan files to check for missing documentation or assist in expediting the process.
- Apply professional judgment to evaluate borrower risk and identify viable credit opportunities for the organization.
