Role Overview

The Home Care Provider position is a full-time, on-location role based in Abu Dhabi. This role involves assisting clients with their everyday activities inside their homes. Key duties include aid in personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and helping with mobility. Maintaining a tidy and orderly living space is also part of the daily responsibilities. Additionally, the provider monitors clients’ overall health and well-being, offers companionship, and promptly reports any noticeable changes or concerns to supervisors or family members. Support with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation are expected, alongside enforcing safety and hygiene protocols. The role demands punctuality, professional conduct, and a client-focused mindset.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Capability to deliver high-quality caregiving and home care emphasizing client comfort and safety.
• Hands-on experience with personal care duties including hygiene assistance, grooming, and mobility support.
• Understanding of elderly care practices with sensitivity to the specific needs of older individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and provide empathetic assistance.
• Basic knowledge of household cleaning principles, hygiene standards, and safe usage of cleaning products.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, uphold confidentiality, and operate independently within clients' homes.
