Hard Services Supervisor

Job Overview

The Hard Services Supervisor is tasked with managing all maintenance activities within a residential or commercial compound to guarantee smooth facility operations, asset preservation, and delivery of superior services to residents and tenants aligning with Azure's policies and quality standards.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily maintenance operations covering electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility upkeep.
• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and safely.
• Develop and supervise both preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Handle maintenance requests from management or residents promptly and ensure their resolution.
• Maintain full operational status of all critical systems including elevators, electrical, HVAC, pumps, and lighting.
• Liaise with external contractors, oversee their work quality and adherence to standards.
• Compile and submit regular reports detailing maintenance activities, recurring issues, and condition of assets.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment regulations at all times.
• Monitor and control usage of spare parts, tools, and materials while managing maintenance expenses.
• Maintain high service quality levels to ensure customer satisfaction within the compound.
• Propose technical enhancements to reduce system breakdowns and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Maintenance Engineering, or related field.
• Between 4 to 8 years of maintenance experience, ideally in residential or real estate compound environments.
• Demonstrated experience in supervisory roles.
• Comprehensive technical expertise in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Competent in interpreting technical drawings and equipment manuals.
