Key Responsibilities
- Execute various handyman and home enhancement projects including repairs, flooring installation, drywall work, carpentry, and painting.
- Maintain and organize necessary tools and equipment to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Engage with clients to deliver top-notch customer service and foster lasting relationships.
- Act as a representative for House Doctors in the local community, building networks and attracting prospective customers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in handyman tasks or a related field, with solid practical knowledge of industry tools, techniques, and materials.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications to support operational tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor dedicated to customer satisfaction.
- Reliable and hardworking with the physical capacity to perform labor-intensive tasks including lifting over 50 pounds and using various tools.
- Valid driver's license and residing in an area that permits commercial vehicles to be parked overnight.
