Position Overview

As a Guest Relations Agent at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Lusail, Qatar, your role goes beyond standard check-in and check-out processes. You will take proactive steps to offer a variety of services, smoothly guiding guests throughout their stay to create memorable and unique experiences. You will be empowered to move freely, handle operational tasks, address guest requests efficiently, complete necessary reporting, and highlight local attractions—ensuring every interaction enriches the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities and Work Environment

• Contribute to building a secure workplace by adhering strictly to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard company assets at all times.
• Ensure professional appearance, communications, and uphold company quality standards.
• Remain physically active as the role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Engage in hands-on activities including moving, lifting, pushing, pulling, or placing objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform various reasonable duties as assigned to ensure exceptional guest service and business success.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum educational qualification is a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior experience in a related role is required.
• No supervisory experience or specific certifications are necessary.
