About The Role

We seek a proactive Graphic Designer to join our team, focusing on creating impactful visual materials that enhance digital marketing efforts, content plans, and corporate goals within a B2B industrial environment. Collaborating closely with content strategists, digital marketing personnel, and production teams, you will bring campaigns to life on platforms such as websites, emails, social media, and other online channels. The role requires a solid foundation in design principles while emphasizing speed, scalability, and uniformity—crafting assets and templates that facilitate efficient content generation across various regions.

This position provides flexible working options, including on-site presence at our Elkton, Maryland office, hybrid arrangements, or full remote work within the United States.

Pay and Benefits

Annual salary between 115000 and 130000 USD, with offer considerations tied to education, skills, experience, and abilities.

Responsibilities

Create digital marketing graphics such as web visuals, landing pages, email imagery, social assets, and campaign collateral.
Translate campaign goals and content into visual designs consistent with brand guidelines and business aims.
Work collaboratively with strategists and marketers on integrated customer journey campaigns.
Develop reusable templates and design frameworks to streamline content creation across teams and regions.
Maintain strict adherence to brand identity and ensure high visual standards in all outputs.
Optimize designs for digital performance considerations, including responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-platform usability.
Produce high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines to support rapid content needs.
Manage organized asset libraries, control versions, and oversee production workflows.
Contribute visually to brainstorming sessions and campaign concept ideation.
Coordinate with external agencies or partners when required, directing workflows and ensuring quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or comparable professional experience.
At least 4 years of practical graphic design experience, ideally in B2B or industrial marketing sectors.
A strong portfolio showing both creative implementation and leadership in design.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and familiarity with web design applications.
Knowledge of Figma, Adobe After Effects, and Canva.
Deep understanding of digital design essentials including responsive layouts, accessibility, and usability.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and time management capabilities.
