About The Role

3Pro Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer adept in both conventional design techniques and cutting-edge AI-assisted creative processes. The candidate will be responsible for delivering branding, marketing visuals, UI designs, motion graphics, and modern video content, utilizing the latest AI design tools and maintaining awareness of evolving design trends.

Responsibilities

Design impactful visuals for branding, social media, corporate communications, presentations, and website UI prototypes.
Create engaging graphics for e-learning content, aligning with instructional design requirements.
Produce digital and print materials that uphold brand guidelines and consistency.
Develop video reels, short clips, and motion graphics for marketing, social media, and internal training purposes.
Edit and improve videos using both traditional editing software and AI-enhanced video technologies.
Utilize AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and DALL·E for ideation, prototyping, 3D asset creation, and concept development.
Seamlessly incorporate AI-generated elements into professional branding layouts reflecting current design trends like 3D-inspired styles, futuristic graphics, prominent typography, gradients, and AI-driven illustration styles.
Continuously update skills with emerging AI tools to boost efficiency, speed, and output quality.
Manage design tasks independently with strong ownership, coordinating with e-learning, marketing, development, and sales teams to fulfill project goals.
Effectively prioritize multiple design projects and ensure timely completion within deadlines.

Required Skills & Tools

Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Strong grasp of layout structure, typography principles, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Experience with AI-enabled tools including ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, and other modern AI image and video generation solutions.
A robust portfolio showcasing work in branding, UI/UX design, marketing visuals, motion graphics, video editing, and 3D or trend-inspired design projects.
Capability to merge AI-generated art with traditional design approaches to achieve sophisticated, contemporary visual outputs.

Preferred Background
