Key Responsibilities

• Manage held parcel processes collaborating with the Operations Manager to meet delivery deadlines and targets.
• Maintain comprehensive visibility of parcels throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely presentation for delivery.
• Address customer inquiries and coordinate depot collections effectively.
• Verify and update delivery information for all parcels marked as 'unable to locate.'
• Handle damaged or open parcels by directing them to the goods on hold area for examination.
• Request additional information or manage returns to customers as appropriate.
• Complete administrative tasks involving mis-routed or mislabeled parcels.
• Work with senior management and security teams to detect and prevent fraudulent consignments.
• Perform regular housekeeping and parcel search duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced administrative position, preferably in a warehouse or customer-facing environment.
• Exceptional accuracy, motivation, and organizational capability.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers both face-to-face and by phone.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks.
• High attention to detail with a strong awareness of security protocols.
