Global Compensations Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert analysis and insights on compensation within the IT Services and High Technology sectors, focusing on critical talent roles across all job categories.
• Develop and support the adoption of a unified compensation framework that ensures competitive positioning and alignment with NTT's global standards.
• Advise on executive compensation models, securing adherence to company-wide standards and market relevance.
• Act as a strategic consultant to leadership, HR, and Finance teams on compensation design and implementation.
• Deliver training initiatives and assist regional teams in adopting best practices for compensation management.
• Lead and participate in compensation-related projects on both global and regional levels, collaborating across multiple functions and geographies.
• Work within the Global Reward Centre of Expertise to maintain a cohesive and effective compensation strategy that supports business and talent objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of eight years’ progressive experience in compensation functions, emphasizing market intelligence in IT Services and High Technology industries.
• Comprehensive understanding of various compensation models, structures, including executive pay, benchmarking techniques, survey instruments, and job evaluation procedures.
• Strong global perspective with experience collaborating across diverse geographic regions.
• Knowledge of professional services business models is advantageous.
• Proven ability to creatively solve complex and ambiguous challenges through data-driven approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership and key stakeholders.
