Job Overview
This role involves actively promoting a service offering based on virtual and remote relationships, acting as the primary and dedicated contact point for clients in the Prestige/Executive Banking segment, and Private Banking when required. The goal is to deliver banking solutions tailored to client needs while adhering to specified value propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver value to clients and meet assigned growth targets for the Potential client portfolio, focusing on product consolidation and increasing client contribution rates.
- Analyze portfolio opportunities and execute client engagement campaigns (simplified client review) under the defined client engagement strategy for the Potential portfolio; refer leads to specialized support areas such as Financial Planners, Fiduciary and Succession Planning teams.
- Identify and recommend operational procedures that minimize risk.
- Act with discretion when executing client instructions within the defined mandate and escalate issues as necessary (e.g., for electronic transfers within authorized limits).
- Based on the client's credit profile and needs structure, submit credit applications and provide timely customer feedback.
- Promptly respond to client requests and monitor support requests directed to the Private Relations Center on behalf of clients.
- Timely comply with portfolio management and professional development requirements, including client identity verification, anti-money laundering analyses, early default management activities, compliance training, regulatory compliance requirements, unauthorized overdraft management, among others.
Qualifications
- Degree in Management and Commerce.
- 3-4 years of experience serving high-net-worth clients, personal and private banking.
- Proven track record in sales and client relationship management, capable of driving profitability and building relationships.
- Strong understanding of financial services sales with knowledge of banking products, services, and digital platforms.
