Position Overview
Join a high-energy environment as a General Manager at a McDonald's corporate-owned restaurant, where you will lead a team committed to delivering quality, service, and cleanliness. This role involves managing all facets of restaurant operations to ensure profitability, meeting rigorous standards and inspiring team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to define and pursue operational goals for the restaurant, lead Department Managers by setting goals, following their progress, coaching, and ensuring effective team management. Oversee hiring and the development of Department and Shift Managers to sustain a skilled leadership team capable of driving future success.
Candidate Requirements
Ideal applicants will have prior experience as a General Manager, particularly in managing high-volume quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail environments. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this position in corporate-owned restaurants.
