General Helper

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable General Helper to support our operational tasks in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This role involves assisting with cleaning, painting, equipment setup, and general maintenance duties within a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean windows, buildings, and gutters, including using pressure washing on low-rise buildings.
• Prepare and paint various renovation projects.
• Help with setting up and dismantling equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair jobs as needed.
• Assist janitorial staff with cleaning activities.
• Possess comfort working at heights and exposure to wet conditions is preferred.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Capability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds and to stand continuously for extended periods.
• Basic proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Dependable, punctual, and exhibiting a solid work ethic.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving work setting.
• Holding a valid Canadian driver’s license is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation

This position offers an hourly wage of $18.
