Role Overview
As a key contributor within our team, you will manage the full lifecycle of global beta tests, coordinate multilingual content delivery, handle community engagement, and perform data-driven analysis to support our gaming products.
Primary Duties
- Manage testing processes including screening beta testers, distributing test versions, enforcing NDA compliance, and administering rewards to testers.
- Handle daily operational tasks for global game communities such as those on Discord; respond to player inquiries and customer support tickets while following strict operational guidelines to ensure prompt resolutions or effective escalation.
- Oversee localization efforts by coordinating translation, proofreading, and implementation of operational content across multiple languages, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collect and analyze user feedback and customer support data to prepare detailed analytical reports that inform product improvements and operational decisions.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher with 1 to 3 years of experience in digital operations, customer service, community management, or project coordination. Prior experience in the gaming sector is advantageous.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, capable of effective written and verbal communication to collaborate smoothly with Chinese-speaking developers and stakeholders.
- Well-versed in gaming industry dynamics, including patch and update cycles, community engagement strategies, and user feedback mechanisms.
- Avid gamer with enthusiasm for gaming culture; knowledge of Anime, Comics, and Games culture is beneficial.
