Key Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service in person
• Ensure all products meet Floco Foods quality standards
• Maintain sanitation and safety within the department according to company guidelines
• Carry out product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest assistance as needed
• Complete additional tasks as directed by management
• Make public address announcements when required

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a friendly and outgoing personality
• Engage actively and positively with guests, fostering a fun atmosphere
• Work well collaboratively with team members
• Consistently lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Capable of reading and comprehending instructions and information
• Familiarity with deli and chicken kitchen operations
• Willingness and demonstrated ability to learn various tasks and technical aspects of the position
• Strong communication, guest service, and sales skills
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, and stand for long periods
• Responsiveness to supervision and ability to follow directions
