Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven full-stack developer who is eager to embrace challenges and expand their technical knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for developing secure, high-quality code for a variety of projects including simple and complex SaaS applications and websites.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with business analysts and fellow developers to devise software designs.
• Create program specifications and initial prototypes.
• Develop, document, and maintain advanced web-based PHP applications for portal and premium service platforms.
• Design and implement innovative applications with modern UX/UI design principles.
• Ensure HTML, CSS, and JavaScript consistency and validity across all applications.
• Prepare and manage applications using standard development tools.
• Utilize backend data services and help enhance existing data service APIs.
• Lead the full lifecycle of web application development from concept through deployment and ongoing support.
• Provide clear communication on progress, evaluations, recommendations, timelines, and technical or process issues.
• Document the development process, architecture, and reusable components effectively.
• Coordinate with other developers and keep project managers updated on development statuses, acting as a liaison between technical staff and management.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in web development.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of professional experience as a developer skilled in React, Angular, PHP, and Laravel.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming in PHP and experience with the Laravel and React frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of web technologies, design patterns, SOLID principles, and REST API design.
• Experience with software testing methodologies.
• Proven programming capabilities and relevant professional experience.
• Ability to code in languages such as C++, Java, or other languages is a plus.
• Background in developing web applications using popular frameworks.
• Proficiency with MySQL profiling and query optimization techniques.
• Creative problem-solving skills and efficiency in debugging code.
• Familiarity with version control systems and web server environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on tasks.
• Analytical mindset combined with critical thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to detect and resolve errors in code effectively.
