Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled freelance Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project. The ideal candidate will excel in visual communication, information architecture, and narrative crafting to produce clear, impactful, and polished presentations. This remote, part-time position suits creative specialists with hands-on experience in data visualization and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Design compelling pitch decks and one-pagers tailored for targeted audiences with high stakes.
Transform complex datasets into concise, minimalistic visual stories emphasizing precise information hierarchy.
Enhance presentations through the use of custom typography, refined animations, and consistent visual themes.
Maintain a professional yet creative corporate style ensuring premium quality deliverables.
Conduct thorough quality checks on visual alignment, pacing, and brand consistency before final submission.

Qualifications and Experience

Desirable minimum of two years’ experience in graphic or presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related areas is advantageous.
A strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization beyond basic templates is essential.
Demonstrated understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design with meticulous attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.

Technical Proficiencies

Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Keynote for creating dynamic, animated, and complex presentations.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for crafting tailored graphics and layouts.
Capability to translate complex, hierarchical data into clear and succinct visual narratives.
Expertise in using custom fonts and sophisticated animations to deliver premium outputs.

Additional Role Requirements

Previous experience in creating refined, corporate-creative presentation styles.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to visual perfection.
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills for design challenges.
Strong command of English at an upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher.
Submission of a CV including a portfolio link demonstrating high-end presentation work is mandatory; applications without a suitable portfolio will not be considered.

Workload and Compensation

Estimated workload is approximately 10-20 hours weekly during active project phases, though not guaranteed. Compensation can reach up to $50 per hour depending on experience and contribution pace. Rates may vary with different projects based on complexity and expertise required.
