Key Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates for various roles including Field Sales Executives, Delivery, Telecalling, BPO, and other high-volume hiring needs.
• Utilize multiple platforms such as Apna, WorkIndia, Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, LinkedIn, and Facebook Groups to source candidates.
• Perform candidate screening and shortlisting for appropriate roles.
• Conduct telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate scheduling with respective companies.
• Manage candidate documentation and ensure successful onboarding.
• Maintain daily updates related to hiring progress.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 6 months of prior experience in recruitment.
• Proven track record in bulk hiring processes is essential.
• Preference given to candidates with recruitment experience in companies such as Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, Airtel, Jio, Telecom, BFSI, BPO, or Staffing sectors.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills are required.
• Must possess a personal laptop or mobile device with reliable internet access.
