About the Role
Beyond Velvet invites applications from dynamic and professional individuals for the position of Food Server at our Palm Jumeirah location in Dubai. We seek a waiter or waitress with substantial experience to enhance our front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities
- Confidently take guest orders and deliver food and beverages efficiently.
- Manage payments accurately and professionally.
- Maintain a presentable and professional appearance while adhering to grooming standards.
- Work effectively within a team, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience working in restaurants or cafés within the UAE.
- Exceptional communication abilities paired with excellent customer service skills.
- Well-organized with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Detail-oriented and disciplined with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
- Available to start immediately.
