Role Overview

As a Fleet Operations Driver, your core responsibility is to maintain a well-organized city environment by efficiently deploying Bolt’s e-scooters. You will ensure scooters are charged, safe for customers, and properly stationed to avoid clutter. Your duties include retrieving lost scooters, transporting malfunctioning ones to the warehouse, and supporting minor repairs on the spot to maximize fleet availability.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate vans to collect, deploy, and swap batteries of e-scooters around the city.
• Ensure e-scooters are neatly parked to keep streets and sidewalks unobstructed.
• Locate lost scooters, assess their condition, and either return them to the warehouse or make them available again in the city.
• Carry out minor repairs directly on-site to improve fleet readiness.
• Provide assistance to the Operations team in the warehouse as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a valid EU category B driving license with proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Demonstrate safe, confident, and reliable driving skills with strong knowledge of local routes; professional driving experience is a plus.
• Exhibit a proactive mindset with readiness to take command of tasks in a hands-on manner.
• Good command of English and familiarity with smartphone usage and mechanical tools.
