Role Overview

As a Fleet Operations Driver, your core duty is to maintain an orderly city environment by managing the distribution, charging, and safety of our e-scooter fleet. You will be responsible for deploying scooters, balancing the fleet by relocating lost scooters, and transporting damaged units to the warehouse for repairs. Your work ensures a superior transport experience for customers, emphasizing high safety standards.

Main Duties

• Operate company vans to collect, deploy e-scooters, and interchange batteries.
• Ensure e-scooters are parked properly to keep streets and sidewalks unobstructed.
• Locate misplaced scooters, evaluate condition, and either return them to the warehouse or redeploy them within the city.
• Perform minor repairs on-site to boost fleet availability.
• Provide warehouse support to the Operations team when required.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a valid EU B driving license with proficiency in manual transmission vehicles.
• Experienced, reliable driver with good knowledge of local geography and a consistent focus on safety. Previous professional driving experience will be considered advantageous.
• Proactive attitude and ownership mindset reflected in practical, hands-on work.
• Proficient English communication skills, experience with smartphones, and competency in using mechanical tools.
