Role Overview

We are seeking a Fintech Associate to support the growth and execution of HungerStation’s fintech initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external partners across various financial products such as lending, cards, wallets, and strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding fintech partners related to lending, cards, wallets, and other financial products.
• Conduct market and competitor research to guide the development of new fintech initiatives and partnership opportunities.
• Prepare business cases, evaluations, and internal recommendation materials for fintech partnerships.
• Manage ongoing relationships with fintech partners, including tracking performance, coordinating activities, and resolving issues.
• Contribute to defining customer value propositions, competitive analyses, go-to-market readiness, and performance tracking of fintech offerings.
• Identify performance deficiencies and help implement improvement plans by collaborating with product, technology, and marketing teams.
• Monitor fintech industry developments, relevant regulations, licenses, and best practices applicable to HungerStation’s operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Product, Technology, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to ensure alignment and successful execution of fintech projects.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for fintech-related partnerships, ensuring timely communication and delivery.
• Support day-to-day operations including partner management, campaign support, commercial coordination, issue and risk tracking, and initiative reporting.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Demonstrated 3 to 5 years of experience in fintech or financial services roles.
