Financial Analyst - Remote Nationwide

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to support various practice lines and growth initiatives.
• Utilize Oracle financial systems including NetSuite and Oracle EPM for reporting, analysis, and template creation.
• Analyze operational and financial metrics to develop financial proposals, focusing on payer mix, staffing, and compensation.
• Participate actively in month-end close procedures.
• Forecast income statements and balance sheets to support new site launches and ongoing financial monitoring.
• Ensure data accuracy in operational and financial metrics and respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding data and methodologies.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and financial models for performance reporting.
• Prepare financial pro-formas to aid business decision-making and support company-wide financial initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity across financial systems and collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage project plans, prioritize requests, and oversee communication with stakeholders and various internal and external parties.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• At least one year of relevant experience in finance, accounting, economics, or applied mathematics with a focus on financial analysis.
• Proven project management experience.
• Healthcare sector experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with advanced financial modeling and interpretation of complex financial data preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Macros and Pivot Tables preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle Hyperion/EPBCS, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or related financial reporting systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite or similar GL accounting software preferred.
• Interest or experience in applying Artificial Intelligence to financial forecasting is a plus.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and business acumen capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with diverse audiences effectively.
• Organizational skills for managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
