Role Overview

The Financial Analyst position at Neurophos offers a part-time, remote opportunity focused on underpinning strategic and operational financial decisions. Core duties encompass examining financial data, developing and updating financial models, and facilitating budgeting and forecasting processes. The analyst will prepare and assess financial statements, monitor critical performance metrics, and deliver analyses on revenue, expenditures, and cash flow trends. Collaboration with various internal teams will be key to evaluating business cases, aiding investor communications, and monitoring the financial implications of product and commercial projects. This role suits individuals adept at autonomous work in a dynamic, fast-scaling tech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance and Financial Planning, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario evaluations.
• Proficient analytical capabilities to interpret quantitative data supporting business decisions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting and statements, with competency in preparing and analyzing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• High proficiency in spreadsheet applications and financial modeling software; familiarity with accounting or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Degree qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; professional certifications like CFA or CPA are considered beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective remote teamwork abilities.
