As a Financial Accountant at MEMPHIS Electronic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and advancing our finance operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage accounts payable, receivable, asset, and general ledger accounting.
  • Review, classify, and post incoming invoices alongside managing payment transactions.
  • Handle accounts receivable activities including collections, account reconciliations, and overseeing outstanding balances.
  • Oversee factoring processes, conduct credit risk assessments, and monitor credit limits.
  • Work jointly with sales teams regarding credit approvals and credit-related issues.
  • Collaborate with credit insurers and external financing partners to safeguard receivables and reduce financial risk.
  • Post ongoing transactions ensuring complete and accurate general ledger entries.
  • Assist in compiling monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements as per German GAAP (HGB), along with VAT submissions and liquidity statements.

  • Participate in projects aimed at digitalizing, automating, and optimizing financial and accounting processes.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
