Field Sales Executive

About the Role

Nobroker is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive (also titled Field Relationship Manager) to join their team in Chennai. This is a full-time on-field position focused on real estate rental deals, involving direct interaction with customers and property verification.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers and verify property details on-site
• Finalize rental agreements and close deals effectively
• Coordinate communications between tenants and property owners
• Ensure that all photographs and documents related to properties are authentic
• Maintain daily reports of visits and achieve set target goals

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing or field role
• Must possess a bike and a valid driving license
• Comfortable with extensive daily travel (50–60 kilometers)
• Available to join immediately

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary of ₹27,000 (in-hand) plus Provident Fund of ₹3,600
• Daily petrol allowance of ₹200
• Performance-based incentives up to ₹15,000 per month
